Jason will be presenting a selection of his images of wildlife taken in and around the GVRD, and some of the challenges they may face.
Jason has been a keen photographer since he was a child, always taking a camera to school and documenting friends at school and on field trips, but he became a bit more serious when he was one of the photographers for his high school yearbook. He bought his first film SLR in 1991, a Minolta 7xi and his first DSLR in 2005, a Minolta 7D. This is when he became passionate about wildlife photography and wildlife conservation, and he still is to this day. He has since switched to Canon for the most part, but he also shoots Fuji & Nikon.
