DNCB Outing No. 2012-55 to Ladner Farm Fields & Reifel Bird Sanctuary
On New Year’s Eve Monday morning, twelve DNCBer’s (Donna, Lorna, Jane, Ken & Anne, Roger, Paul & newbie Sue with Quinn, Bryan without Janet, Kay and me) enjoyed an initially foggy and occasionally snowy morning, that cleared up nicely as we wound our way through the Ladner farm fields to Reifel Bird Sanctuary. DNCB Outing No. 2012-19 to Tsawwassen Ferry Port and Reifel Bird Sanctuary
Twelve birders (Roger M, Mike B, Johnny McF, Anne M, Peggy K, Sleepy Gerhard, Hans-Ulf, Eric L. and his friend Forrest R. DNCB Outing No. 2012-12 to Alaksen and Reifel
Nine brave souls (Lorna, Hans-Ulf, Gerhard, Roger, Mike B, John MacF, Bryan & Janet and returnee Valerie) joined me on a cold, windy, rainy Monday morning to Alaksen Wildlife Management Area (WMA) and Reifel Bird Sanctuary. DNCB Outing No. 2011-17 to Alaksen NWA and Reifel Bird Sanctuary
Twelve participants (see “To” list for names), including a visiting couple from Slovenia, enjoyed a pleasant sunny Wednesday morning of casual birding through south Ladner to Alaksen National Wildlife Area (NWA) and Reifel Bird Sanctuary.
