Fourteen DNCBer’s enjoyed another gorgeous Wednesday morning of birding at Iona Regional Park and the adjacent Sewage Lagoons. DNCB Outing No. 2012-42 to Brunswick Point & Reifel Bird Sanctuary
Thirteen “lucky” DNCBer’s enjoyed another gorgeous Wednesday morning in our Delta paradise on an outing to Brunswick Point and Reifel Bird Sanctuary. Hi-lites were: newly-arrived Western Meadowlarks and Sparrow species, roosting Peregrine Falcon and lots of other different species (e.g. Pine Siskins). DNCB Outing No. 2012-41 to the Boundary Bay Dike Path at 104th to the Mansion
Twelve DNCB participants enjoyed a sunny Wednesday morning walk on the dike path between 104th Ave. and the “mansion” near 96th Ave in Boundary Bay Regional Park (BBRP). Delta Nats BBRP Bird Box Program
On Wednesday, Sept. 12, following the quarterly Birds on the Bay outing in Boundary Bay Regional Park (BBRP), fourteen “volunteers” left Cammidge House around Noon to open, clean and examine the 30 Bird Nesting Boxes installed in the park.
