Birds on the Bay outing ~ Feb 10
About 30 participants enjoyed a mild, dry outing around Boundary Bay Park on Wednesday, February 10 (yesterday) on the Delta Nature’s 2nd Winter “Birds on the Bay” event. First winter Birds on the Bay outing
A dozen brave souls, including several rookies, joined me this morning in the rain on Delta Nats first Winter “Birds on the Bay” Casual Birding outing at Boundary Bay Park in Tsawwassen. At the park entrance at the foot of 12th Avenue, we watched the Canada Geese, Great Blue Herons and dabbling ducks (e.g. Northern Pintail, Green-winged Teal, Mallards, etc) foraging.
