On a sunny Saturday evening, June 22, the Delta Nats held their annual Garden Party at Pamela and Jennifer’s gorgeous home on 10A Avenue.  37 Nats attended, with a few guests, and had a very enjoyable evening.  The hors d’oevres, salads, main courses and desserts were delicious all brought by individual members.  The wine brought by Mary Ronback certainly didn’t hurt either.

Lorraine Mwenifumbo and Marilynn King, our Social Committee, did a super job organizing the event, with Pam-Jen.  And Valerie (aka Moose) Fuller did her usual yeoman’s job officiating the Dutch Auction (I think that’s what it’s called).  She handily corralled the wandering potential DA Criminal Greg, and thankfully justice prevailed.  The event continued peacefully/uneventfully, and I think everyone got the gift they didn’t want.

Ken Borrie took some photo evidence which I hope he will put with this Report.

Our first 2013/14 Delta Nats meeting is on Monday, September 9 at Cammidge House.  See DNS Upcoming Events page for more DNS Events in July and August.
